Regain Control with the Ultra Tesla Seat for Incontinence

The Ultra Tesla Seat, also known as the Tesla Chair, is a non-invasive treatment designed to help people of all ages manage urinary incontinence and bowel incontinence. Using high-intensity electromagnetic energy, the chair stimulates deep pelvic floor contractions—equivalent to 19,000 Kegels in a single session—to rebuild muscle tone and restore bladder control.

Each treatment takes less than 30 minutes, and you remain fully clothed throughout. On average, six sessions of around 28 minutes each are recommended to achieve noticeable and lasting improvement, helping you regain your confidence and freedom.

What Causes Incontinence?

You might be wondering, what is incontinence and why it occurs. Incontinence—whether it’s bladder leakage during a sneeze or an urgent need to reach the toilet—happens when the pelvic floor muscles weaken. This weakness can be triggered by childbirth, hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause, or certain medical conditions.

The good news is, incontinence can be treated. These muscles can be retrained and strengthened through innovative, non-surgical approaches like the Ultra Tesla Seat. In some cases, medication may be recommended to support your recovery, but surgery is not always necessary.

How the Ultra Tesla Seat Helps

The Tesla pelvic floor chair works by strengthening muscles that support the bladder, vaginal wall, and even anal tone. It targets only the pelvic floor, so there’s no risk to internal organs. This makes it a safe and effective method for both women and men. It also improves vaginal tone and sexual satisfaction, while assisting with erectile function in men.

No more planning trips around toilet availability or avoiding the activities you enjoy. This is a solution that genuinely helps you get your life back.

Can Incontinence Be Cured?

While not all cases of incontinence are curable, early treatment can dramatically reduce symptoms. Without intervention, incontinence tends to worsen over time. The Ultra Tesla Seat can significantly improve symptoms for up to 3–6 months, depending on the severity. Top-up sessions are available to maintain results.

How Does the Tesla Chair Compare to Other Treatments?

While not a replacement for face-to-face pelvic physio, the Tesla chair treatment offers a more accessible and comfortable alternative that delivers impressive results in a shorter time. Many patients find it a practical option when traditional physio isn’t feasible.

Will It Help Me Avoid Surgery?

Although the Ultra Tesla Seat doesn’t claim to replace surgery entirely, it helps reduce symptoms to a point where surgery may no longer feel necessary. Many users find their condition manageable and much improved after the initial treatment plan.

Treatment Duration and Comfort

Each session lasts 28 minutes. While six sessions are recommended, many notice significant improvement after just one. The treatment is pain-free—you can read, relax, or scroll your phone during your session. You’ll be able to walk, drive, or return to work immediately after.

Is It Safe?

Yes. The treatment is safe for most people. We screen patients beforehand to ensure there are no metal implants that might interfere with the electromagnetic technology.

Can I Use the Tesla Chair If I Have Fibroids or I’m Older?

Generally, yes. Most patients with fibroids are suitable for the treatment, and it’s also beneficial for older individuals experiencing urinary incontinence due to weakened pelvic muscles. Our in-house doctor offers free consultations to ensure a safe, personalised plan. In some cases, combining the chair with medication may enhance the results.

Assessment of the Short-Term Effects after High-Inductive Electromagnetic Stimulation of Pelvic Floor Muscles: A Randomized, Sham-Controlled Study
J. Clin. Med. 2020, 9(3), 874; https://doi.org/10.3390/jcm9030874

Background: Physiotherapy should be performed by patients with stress or mixed urinary incontinence (SUI and MUI) to increase the strength and endurance of the pelvic floor muscles (PFMs). A method that can positively affect the pelvic floor is stimulation with high-inductive electromagnetic stimulation (HIES).

Methods: This was a prospective, randomized, single-blind study with a sham intervention group. The participants were randomly assigned to the HIES group or sham group. The outcomes were features of the bioelectrical PFM activity assessed using sEMG and endovaginal probes. A single-session intervention in the HIES group included 20 min of HIES with an electromagnetic induction intensity of 2.5 T.

Conclusions

The assessed HIES method seems effective for SUI and MUI patients in the short term and shows an advantage over the sham intervention in the assessment of PFM contractions.
